This is a seat pad for Harry Bertoia's Small Diamond Chair, made by Knoll (material: vinyl leather).
The color is a red, which can be described as a bright vermilion.
It is an authentic product, purchased about 25 years ago at the Knoll direct store in Minami-Aoyama.
Afterward, the seat pad was replaced, and it has been stored unused for over 20 years.
